MEET THE SAKE BREWER Vol. 5 – KAGATOBI (SEPT 3~5)

Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery was founded in 1625. The brewing process of KAGATOBI uses natural water that spends at least 100 years filtering through deep underground, blessed with minerals necessary for fermentation to brew their sake, as well as quality sake rice produced by their cooperated sake-rice farmers.

MEET THE SAKE BREWER Vol. 4 – BIJOFU (AUG 28)

BIJOFU is brewed in Hamakawa Brewery in the eastern part of Kochi prefecture. The brewing uses underground water of the Naharigawa River which originates from the Senbon mountain, one of the three most beautiful forests in Japan.
