MEET THE SAKE BREWER Vol. 3 – KIKUMASAMUNE (JUL 16-17)
Kikumasamune’s dedication to dryness started since the foundation of its brewery in 1659 in Hyogo. They are one of the few breweries which preserves the painstaking “Kimoto” brewing method. It is a time and effort consuming ancient approach which has been passed down from the hands of one generation of master brewers to the next.

Suigei brewery is located in Kochi where crystal clear water from Kagami River gushes out around Tosayama area. Suigei specialises in making sake perfect for dining. Its sake enhances the five kinds of taste: sweet, hot, bitter, sour and astringent. You can surely enjoy its sake with various cuisines.
